Scott's strawberries

Seasonal spinach salad
2 bunches beautiful spinach-leaves
1/2 quart local strawberries (eat the rest)
1/2 cup toasted pecans
3 scallions (green part only) chopped
1 cup- crumbled Beltane Farms Fresh Chevre
Balsmic Vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients and toss well.
